Strategic map

Europe-wide view of documented geographic references. Every displayed position carries its source, method, precision and confidence. Registry points locate registry records at site-point precision — they are not exact physical extents. Objects without a documented reference are never given a substitute location.

Self-hosted geography. Positions come from cited EU registries; approximate localities are explicitly marked. No displayed point represents a validated physical extent.

Published geography without JavaScript

The interactive map needs JavaScript. The same data is available from the API (/api/v1/map/objects) and each dossier's location section. Currently published:
